This is a political question. Before our first president people lived without policy only with law. Now after 43 presidents we seem to be in disarray, in my opinion. What is your opinion?

My son has been having some behavioural problems at school for over a year now and we have sought help from professionals which was going well. We had a progress meeting with his senco (special needs) representative, a behavioural support worker and 2 psychologists, however, the head teacher stormed in and said that we either take him out of the school or she will permanently exclude him. I feel she cannot do this but dont know all of my parental rights and have no idea where to start looking for them or what to do, I just know my son is being discriminated against (for having a psychological problem as opposed to amedical one) and that this woman should not be allowed to intimidate parents into doing what she wants. Does anyone know what i can do or where i can start my research.

If you discovered your presidental administration was patently dishonest, and you felt that they were about to escalate the horrible situation they themselves *created* to a much worse level, what would you do?

Could you do anything at all?

My brother was murdered on Feb. 2, 2007. The accused resides in City of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The accused has several felonies, this from my understanding will be his third.

The accused has murdered before. He spent time for this crime, was let out and did what he knows best...(allegedly).

His charges are thus: "Felon with possession of firearm", and "Reckless Homocide with Firearm, First Degree".

What are the levels of homocide? What would he possible sentence be? All we care about is that he stays in jail til he dies (he's 37).

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just wondering what other people think about the upcoming election. My feeling is that it will come down to one issue. If the Dems can come up with a plan that works in Iraq and turns the tide by '08, they will win. If they fail to make changes or if their plans fail, the Republicans will win in '08. What does everyone else think?

A friend received a document informing him that his ex got a lien on his assets because of non payment of part of divorce settlement. According to my friend his obligations have been fulfilled and he's got proof of this. No prior notice by my friend's ex was given that he owed her anything prior to him receiving lien notice. What interests me is, how is it possible that someone can put a lien on one's assets without notifying the person whose assets they file the lien against? Shouldn't my friend have been given the opportunity to prove he fulfilled all his obligations towards his ex before a lien was placed on his assets?
