If you discovered your presidental administration was patently dishonest, and you felt that they were about to escalate the horrible situation they themselves *created* to a much worse level, what would you do?

Could you do anything at all?

It sounds like we have no choice but to just watch how things unfold. May God of mercy on us all.

I would just believe they ranked up with any previous administration. All of them have had scandals of some sort. They are politicians first and foremost, they are all liars.
So the only thing you could really do is protest the govt.
Unless you were actually on the inside and had first hand info. Thats a different story.

Talking about the Lincoln administration???

Lincoln was often blamed for starting "His war" during his administration and was accused of being involved of scandals involving people close to him and he wound up getting his face on money.

McKinley administration??

Look at Joseph Pulitzer he sensationalized and lied about a situation to help bring the US to war and had a prize named after him. Helping William Randolph Hearst to sway opinion against McKinley and the Republicans who didn't want war with Spain.

In the past people have stood by and done nothing and those who beat the drums of war were later praised. Accusing someone of a misdeed is one thing proof is another and evidence is never 100% conclusive.

Guy sorry but Bush doesn't care what opinion polls say. He never has because he knows people prefer their president to be decisive and not a punk who can be pushed around by anyone including popular opinion. Popular opinion is neither right nor wrong it's just popular.

Okay, literally all politicians are liars. No really, if you look up politician in the dictionary it says "see liar for definition". But that isn't really what you are after is it? You want people to say "I would tell everyone and try to stop them", Then you say "WELL ISN'T THAT WHAT BUSH IS DOING". The Intel. that the President gave to Congress is the same Intel. gathered for 8 years by the Clinton admin. The U.N. and The U.K.. Having believed the Intel does not a liar make.

Pick one:

1: Keep quiet
2: Blame Clinton
3: Ignore it and go back to American Idol
4: Loudly proclaim that this is the best administration ever

There is no such thing as a honest politician---that is an oxymoron.

Also, since this is a poorly disguised anti-Bush question I will have to remind you that plenty on both sides wanted this war.

I'd ask the terrorists if they wish to be slowly destroyed or hastily destroyed, then after exposing the democrat dunces and media monsters of whom actually allowed the terrorists to gain strength, see us as week cowards, and go on the attack, I'd get the job done hastily by utilizing our military to the fullest...

Well- america voted in November, and stated their case loudly and clearly.
Excluding a violent overthrow of the government- I'd suggest getting more involved in political and grass-roots organizations that support getting people in office who you want to be there

Not so theoretical now is it?
We, as a nation, need to object to this. If you stand against the war, write your congressman, write the white house and tell fush to buck off, organize protest,
But we need the volume to do it. If 50 million people write Bush to tell him off every day; after a few months he might get the message.(50 million people told me to suck their what?)

Hey, conservatives tried to impeach Boy Clinton when he was president. What more could they have done?
That IS the corrupt presidential administration you're referring to, right?
