Well, while history itself is fairly limited (being a teacher, professional historian, author, museum curator, archivist, researcher), the *skills* learned while getting a history degree can help immensely.
The skill of writing that you develop in history can be applied to many, many fields. Written communication is a skill many employers look for. And knowing how to look at and carefully analyze facts and situations is a wonderful skill to possess as well.
I know it's vague, but it's true. Hope this helps.

Did you meant to write " What kind of job can I do with a BA in history?" At the moment, perhaps, not one where accuracy of expression is a requirement!
On the other hand, your first language might not be English so you might find it difficult to teach (which some one has suggested you might consider). In any case, you have to be registered/recognised as a teacher in the country/state where you wish to teach - so more study would be required.
You might consider applying for a job in a large or academic bookshop where your history knowledge might be useful in a specialist section.
Then there are museums, where a thorough knowledge of a particular period might open up job opportunities.
Short term posts to consider are things like: library assistant; university bookshop assistant; research officer in a university history dept; charity adminstration, etc.. Or maybe you could use your degree to give you entry into a law degree or an accountancy qualification, or even commissioned service in the armed forces.

Why did you get a BA in history (assuming this is you we're talking about)?
I don't ask this as a snarky question. I ask it to focus on your interests. Surely, you must have had a job in mind when you made this your major.
If not, then you need to focus on what skills you DO have. You can likely read and write reasonably well. There are lots of jobs where these skills are useful (e.g., editor, technical writer).

I want to know the same thing! I'm trying to get an internship at a museum this summer, but I think most museum jobs require you to go to graduate school.
