I'd give him a 3. I heard him say his name is George, and I believe him. Everything else was a lie though.

I really don't think it's a matter of dishonesty. The man actually believes what he says. We all know, he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He's a man who confesses he does not pay attention to newspapers. That amazes me because some of the most brilliant political and military analysts are published there daily, along with watch dogs who carefully pay attention to health care, immigration, and education. makes a person wonder.

It depends. By being President, it's your duty to keep things away from the public. That's how it's been long before Bush. I think Bush is geniune in his beliefs, but again by the nature of being President, also has to secure information from the general public. Same could be said with any big authority figure.

We know Bush was wrong about WMDs, but I don't believe he lied or was deceptful. I believe he, just like most every other country out there, believed whole heartedly that the WMDs existed. To convict him is to convict the majority of countries.

President Bush is a honest, God fearing Christian who would have trouble telling a lie. The libs like politicians who can go on camera and lie with conviction: "I did not have sex with that woman!" They also like to use forged documents when they want to attack. Of course the biggest lie the liberals tell is "I support the troops".

You cannot rate a negative in reality. Mr Bush has not been honest with the average American.. I notice the rest of the world have now started taking a very dim view of the man and his administration. Look at Italy today.

probably around a seven... you can't honestly expect the president of the most powerful nation in the world to disclose every single freakin detail of the government. I would give the same rating to just about every other politician too. If any of you clowns think Hillary is 100% honest, you really need to check into a facility and get some help.

Once again............why are you asking loaded questions? Why are asking questions about Bush's honesty and performance when it's clear you don't support ANYTHING he does? If you hate Bush and can't stand him, just say so. But stop asking ridiculous questions in a weak attempt to validate your beliefs.
