The U.S. has tight business relations with Taiwan, and expressed its readiness to defend Taiwan if the PRC invade Formosa. Then, why the U.S. hesitate to re-establish diplomatic relations with Taiwan?

Ok, I am the only one on the rental agreement,he lives there too(unofficially) pays 1/2 the rent and bills. In Ca. how do I get him to leave legally? He won"t go after I have asked him to move out, do I call the cops or what? What is the procedure? I would rather not have the police involved.P.S. He is not a citizen of the U.S. does he have any rights here?
Please advise.No smart answers please.

Have seen Korean conflict, Vietnam conflict and all the other "smaller" conflicts up to Iraq and notice it always comes to "POLITICS" that divide all of us. Point is, to make a conflict happen "politics" instills hate and fear between people. Questions is: How can you hate someone you don't know, until we are introduced through politcal hate and fear?

er be legally allowed and proceed in court, even though the parties counterclaiming are stating that they have not been served? Help!!! I attempted to gain justice for some property demolished by a city in georgia, and which they then sold at a tax sale without notifying me. In an attempt to serve them, the attorney for the city was served instead of the city manager. They then said after a year when the case came up in court that they weren't served. The court took their side, but allowed the interpleader that they filed as a cross claim. The court awarded about 15% of the overage that the city claimed was left after the tax sale to the city for attorneys fees. How is any of this legal? Help!!! To beat it all the city after filing the interpleader were the only ones to get any money from the court. Me, whose case was dismissed, still has not recieved any interpleaded funds. The City got it's check from the court Dec. 11 of last year. How can this be handled on appeal. Help

Can somebody please show me where it says in the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, or Declaration Of Independence that it's the responsibility of the United States government to tax it's citizens in order to pay for your retirment, pay you when you get fired from your job, or provide you with free medical coverage?

It's funny to me that we hosted the "Boston Tea Party" and went to war with Britain over taxes, but that in a mere 231 years over half the country now thinks that we should all pay higher taxes in exchange for more government benefits! Funnier still is that it's usually the same people who are willing to pay higher taxes in exchange for more government benefits that insist on less government and that the government shouldn't have any say in how we live our lives! Like THAT would happen!

I hv been married for 4 yrs now,I received my permanent 10 yr green card in september of 2006.Last week I found out my husband has been cheating on me with one of his secretary at work. I confronted him about it and he wasnt even sorry about it, instead he got mad at me for spying on him, i told him if he doenst break it off I was gonna leave him, he got very angry and said he will not break it off and threatened to call immigration and have me deported if i tried to do anything. He is not the same person i married 4 yrs ago, I feel he doesnt love me anymore, I am devastated, i dont know what to do, im a housewife and i fear if i separate from him or divorce he will hurt me physically & emotionally. We have a one yr old baby and i dont want to be deported and not be able to raise myson,i cannot apply for US citizenship because I just got my permanent green card and my husband said if i divorce him, i cannot apply for citizenship and immigration will catch me and deport me.Please help!
