I mean whats the worse they could do, its hardly like they could lay a hand on you. I'd set my lawyers on to em LOL.

My guess is he will back Iran down. N. Korea is backing down from him as early as today. I think he has to be the greatest leader we've had since Franklin.

Currently police departments have little restrictions on when and how they can taser a person. Non-violent citizens, elderly citizens, and even handicapped citizens have been tasered by the police. According to Amnesty International, more than 200 citizens have died after being tasered by the police. In most instances the victims were non-violent and had no weapons on them.

Besides being a true war hero...I think when a President warns us about the evils of political parties and to advoid foriegn entanglements...I would have to say he's definately climbing the ranking of Great US President. If not George...than who is the best US President?

...you end up with some kind of cigarette smoke related disease in the future, if you haven't smoked once in your life? I mean like people that will light up a cigarette beside you at a bus stop, mall entrance, park bench, etc. Could you also sue them now for endangerment?

Ok, today I was driving doing the speed limit and when I had gotten to the light a guy in front of me had stop, in front of traffic. So I had to turn into the other line (to avoid from hitting him). However, the car behind me beeps at me (like I had cut her off). Anyway, I beep back at her, because I did not cut her off (anyway she was speeding down the street and I look before I went into the other line). After, that she was made and upset so then she tried to speed up and cut me off but that’s when I started speeding up and then went into another lane. When she finally caught up to me she had slam on her breaks and rolled down the window and start talking trash. While I was looking at her she was pointing at the car in front of me. The car in front of me had stop and my car was rolling a little bit towards the car (and that's when I tap it) I then look back at her and rolled down my window and park the car and got out (when I had made a full stop that's when she pulled off). After 5-10 sec’s I caught up with her and there was two cars in front of me. After a little while the cars had made their turns and that’s when I was behind her (she must of knew that it was me, because that’s when she had started to speed up) when I have gotten to the light with her again I was stopping but then that’s when she pulled off and made her turn. So anyway what would you have done and what do you think about the situation?

It was a civil arrest and there were no charges filed. It was for assault and battery, but I have writter's block and I am not sure how to word it since I don't want to descrive step by step the whole deal since when they get the police report they will see it and I don't want to be off the official police report. I am sure that the person who made the claim was upset at me for something else and that was the only way to get me. I was arrested and detained, but never charged for anything. I tried to get the police report, but I would have to get a lawyer and I am not sure if that will work. Now I need some a good way to put it together, since I am writting to an specific government department and not to an individual as I have done it on the past. I neet some good adjetives, nouns that go smoothly with out any specific details.

A recruiter came to my high school today, and he and I talked about being in the reserve while I'm attending college. He gave me a bunch of sheets and information and I'm very seriously considering it. It said that there is an Enlistment Bonus of 20,000. My question is...what exactly is that, and what are the requirements that I'd have to fullfill. Thanks.

My 2 year old son was forgotten outside of his daycare by his teachers. Luckily, another class was still outside and when she was rounding up her class she found my son asleep in one of the little play houses. The reason my sons class had gone in early is because it was far too cold outside for the kids in the first place (they were all complaining about frozen fingers). They do not know how long he was sleeping outside, they only know that there was at least 10 minutes between the two classes going inside. The incident report says that when he was brought in, he said he wasn't feeling well and that his legs hurt. Should I file some sort of lawsuit? Both of his teachers have been fired for negligence.
T.T.
