I'm not sure on the exact answer of this question but current troop count is less that 1% of the total american population. Which is why troops have mutiple deployments.

they might have a rough number, but exact numbers are going to be hard because there are some people that aren't counted, and then do you want just active, or also reserve, national guard, air guard, that is a bunch more.

and secondly, unless you are a govn employee, noone besides the CIC needs to know anyways. And if you ARE a govn employee, you will have access to that info.
