border agents who were sentenced to prison for running some drug smugglers out of our country which happens to be their jobs.whats they matter with bush?,why doesnt he stand up for we americans.& protect the borders. not keep them WIDE open with MILLIONS coming in EVERY YEAR .iIlegaly.

This case stinks.

The guy got away initially and showed up a week later, ballistics matched neither of the guns of the agents. Did you know the court transcripts have mysteriously vanished and the court reporter has been on a medical leave for months.

Did you know the creep drug dealer was given immunity and a green card and he was smuggling over a million bucks worth of pot?

Seriously you haters need to learn something about the recent developments in this case before you draw judgments.

Amen, I consider Bush weak for this very reason alone. They need to recieve a pardon. If they don't, I will lose respect for Bush, because one of the biggest front lines for the war on terror is the Mexican/American border

the reason is the smuggler was shot in the back.

they received their sentence and have appealed. pres bush has said he wants to wait until this appeal process is complete before stepping in with a possible pardon before the court system is even done.

i have sympathy for them as well, but the president didnt arrest them, didnt try them, didnt sit on the jury.


i hope they are eventually pardoned because i dont care about the rights of an illegal. its harder for the president to take that position. i am disappointed with the effort to close the border. it needs to be done.

however, its the liberals that not only want it open, they want free welfare, child care, education, rental cars, social security and everything else for these criminals.

They knew the guys were unarmed (no debate), shot them in the back (no debate) and lied and covered up the mandatory reports about the shooting (no debate.)

They were convicted by a jury of 12 people who heard all the evidence, and sentenced by a judge, who knows the law.
