This is both parties, Republicans and Democrats! These folks can talk for hours without ever really saying anything. In alot of instances, I honestly believe that they are simply captivated by the sound of their own voices. Since we exhale carbon dioxide, I honestly have to wonder how much the posturing and pontificating of these windbags adds to global warming.

Do you think we are distracted so that we do not notice that there is ZERO democracy in this country. Are we being distracted so that we don't notice that Corporate CEOs make 800 times the salary that almost everyone else does? Are we being distracted so we will not organize and demand justice?

I got caught going 85 in a 70. I don't deny that. I was hoping I might be able to go to a driving school to get the ticket taken off my record, but right at the top of the citation, it says "no driving school available," in big important bold letters. I figure there's no way I can plead not guilty, but if I go to court anyway (assuming the trooper shows up), how might i be able to plead for the fine to either be lowered or stricken from my record and sound professional about it? This is my first citation of any sort. Help?
