It depends on the State Law, whether they deduct from gross or net income, whether or not you have children from a prior union and how many children the woman has with you.
Some States are 17% for one child and 20% for two etc. Check with the state law - and get some legal advice.

It all depends on the laws of the state you live (or in this case, get divorced) in.
Texas...1 child is 20% of your pay, 2 children is 25%, 3 or more is 30% (As of my divorce decree of 1991). Of course, the judge can modify that per the situation....but I doubt any judge would lessen the amount.

Several factors are figured in including your income, the mothers income, if there are any other children, who covers health insurance etc. The calculator linked should give you an estimate.

alittle harder than just that..Is there daycare,who pays for med insurance/bills and how much the mother makes..Really want to know make an appointment with local social services..
