should I join the army? I mean my dad says I need a scholarship, that he's not paying for my collage cause he's paying for my other sisters admissions. And that I'm being kicked out as soon as a turn 18, and I dont have anywere to go. I am a girl so I'm not suppose to be placed in direct gun fire (or at least not intentionaly) idk what to do!!!

I live in CA and my landlord filed for eviction due to nonpayment of rent. I was served and went to court a month later where the landlord's lawyer and I settled the matter ourselves. I signed a paper acknowledging that I would leave on my own will within two weeks (and I did). Do I have an eviction on my record? I know I owe them money and it is shown on my credit report, but do I technically have an eviction on my record? If so, which record?

Your NOT going to get it with the current structure! You have to end Representative Government by constitutional amendment! In order to serve the most people the best a true democracy utilizing Majority rule & control by the legal citizens. So call your third party "Legal citizen majority" or the LCM for short! People who work for the citizens "government" should be well managed EMPLOYEE'S who can be replaced or fired at will!

2 days ago, on Sunday night, while coming home, I witnessed a pretty disturbing car accident happen right in front of me. There was a Ford pickup in front of me, and as we approached an intersection (our light was green) another car ran their red light and T-boned the pickup sending it to the other end of the intersection. I called the police, and stayed to give a statement. My question is, how long until this case goes to court? (The family of the driver of the pickup is suing for a wrongful death)

Muslims and Repubs both have little tolerance for other people's views. It's either their way or the wrong way. Muslims and Repubs are usually Christians who can't wait to die so they can go to "heaven".
Muslims and Repubs both claim they want peace, but choose war instead.
They are against abortion, but care very little for innocent children and young men/women dying during war.
Instead of love, their main existence revolves around fear of some higher entity or order.
They both hate each other yet they are so much alike.

A websearch turns up many offers to sell books, cd's, standard letters etc. which claim to "guarantee" that use of the info provided can avoid speeding and parking fines. Are any of the sellers claims valid? Some of the information offered costs nearly £50 but does it work?. Has anyone used it successfully orbeen ripped off?

I have a 10 week old daughter & the people below us smoke outside. We cant have our windows open because they are always smoking. Even when the windows are closed the smoke still manages to seep in. I've already talked to my manager & she says there is nothing she can do since thay are in their own home. I really don't want to move, but it seems like that is my only option.

I haven't had this much fun picking political fights in a long long time. My neighbor who is a staunch conservative gambled away all his families savings and was forced to move after his divorce. Today I actually found out on my credit report that I have a civil judgment on my record. This was 6 to 7 years ago. I had no idea until now. Someone told me that it has accrued interest on the principle since the judgment was made. My question is what can I do about it and where do I start?
