I would say we already have, just not openly or flamboyantly gay. Judging by the increased revelations of homosexual activity from elected officials I have to assume that somewhere along the line we had a gay President. If you mean like dragqueen marching in a parade in their underwear snapping and saying "you go girl" gay, probably not. But, its very possible a mainstream closeted homosexual has been in the office.
If Hillary Clinton gets in then you've got one.

You people are funny as hell. You can't miss the chance to say something stupid about the President.
If we ever do have a "gay" President, it will probably be a Democrat. If it is, then the up side will be that the American public will at least be used to it. Getting screwed by Democrats I mean.
