I'm leaning towards Christians due to the fact that their leaders are cross-dressers but it's a tough call.

Ok, i just saw that the DEMs are wanting to be the first in 10 years to increase the minimum wage....am i just stupid or wasn't that just increased to $6.85?

It might have just been Ohio, but i could have sworn that in november i voted on the issue of minimum wage increase. And i know it passed b/c many of the bussinesses around me are readjusting their wages/prices. I don't think it would have been just Ohio, would seem rather pointless to me. Am i wrong in thinking that the DEMs are just trying to be people pleasers by trying to take credit for what was already done and voted on?

in the 70s we were told that the contaminants in the atmosphere was going to put us into another ice age,because we were blocking the suns rays from hitting the earth right, so we had to clean up the atmosphere?? what happened did we clean it up to much and now we have to much sun hitting the earth???

Where do I request the following information?

1. All traffic citations issued by the officer for the past two months
2. Calibration tests on the radar gun
3. Training certificate and scores for the officer on radar usage

Would this request be made to the state patrol office or the county court office where the hearing is to be held?

My wife and I are being harassed and intimidated by an anonymous individual on the Internet. We got married last year and everyone had a great time. Although there are not that many people I know that I would call an enemy, this individual has took it upon themselves to make very derogatory comments towards both of us on the websites for our wedding and wedding pictures. Both these websites allow visitors to add comments to guestbooks and pictures etc.

Originally we ignored the comments but they are becoming a frequent event and I would like to find out who this person is and what we have done to offend them. My wife has been in pieces over all this.

One website I have asked has told me that they do not record IP addresses but the other has told me that this information is available but only to the police for privacy reasons.

My question is, has anyone dealt with anything like this before and if so, where do you start? Local police or a special department etc?

in my student handbook it is printed "use of tape recorders and other recording devices are encouraged to enhance your learning experience" when my instructed saw that i was tape recording the classes she reported me and said i needed her permission to record her voice and she will not give me permission to do it and that if i do its a violation of her rights. the concern she brought to the director was that i may be recording private conversions of my classmates, but if it is expected for students to use a recorder why should my instructor have a problem with it, mind you the class is not conducted in a matter that most educational classes are and i believe she fears exposure to her methods as an instructor and she is known to have a history of problems with students because of her attitude and the way she talks to people.

I invited someone to the US and they got a visa for several months and are to leave in April. I told them they had to leave then so that I would not have any problems with the government. Now, I find out this person went to Canada. My question:

She was able to enter Canada, will she be able to re-enter the US w/her visa before April? Since she's gone against what I asked her, I don't want her to be able to re-enter. What will happen? What should I do if she doesn't leave at the time she is supposed to?
