she's in the army and we haven't heard form her. is there someone we can call to ask about her she's stationed in germany. if anyone knows any numbers that i can call i'd really appreciate it.

i do have a lawyer. but im still scared of the out come. i have court today to have the blood not used agaist me and because my lawyer feels that the police off. purged her self also and the courts didnt give my lawyer all the evidence. so she gonna be busy. but still theres the chance the judge will not agree with her. so what could happen then? every thing seems good for me but then the final out come is what the judge says.when i had court the 1st time my lawyer wasnt even given the chance to reveiw any of the evidence agaist me, so does that violate my rights to a fair hearing? im not sure

Yesterday, Jesse Diaz a LULAC leader said illegal immigrants are picking up bad habits from Americans from shooting to drinking to drugs! This was said when he was confronted with the Dept. of Justice report that shows the criminal activity of illegals. He said Americans are to blame for illegals losing their conservative Catholic values..he mentioned teen pregnacy....guess he has never heard of the benefits that are "birthed" with anchor babies!

i work in a care home and had to report a carer. other carers as reported her . they was"nt asked to do a written statement only me as i am a senior.but what they had seen was worse.now this carer is being made up to a senior need to no what action to take and need to no employees rights

I see Many people on here saying that the US gov. should be reduced in size? I also see that the US constituion says that the government needs to be representive to the size of the population? Now, beings that the populations has grown a lot since that time, wouldn't that mean that the number of people in the government should be increased not decreased? And would taking the size of government down only give more power to fewer people, getting closer to what we were trying to get rid of by writing the Constitution. We wanted the governments power to be spread out....and reducing the size would only condense the power.....and then the population to representive ratio would go down? Your thoughts please.

I gave a blood sample for a owi, and it came back from the lab, stating it was not sealed with red evidence tape.Also the arresting offcier, said she sent it out that monday,but according to the lab report it wasnt sent for a week and half. My ? is since the blood was not done properly and the police offcer made a untrue statment, can the blood not be used agaist me in a owi case?
