I believe yes, We have more than enough of the "rope" for all the evil doers. . . This world might be lead by the evil spirit, but not the heart of human. We all came from one God. I will give an example, like us today, we are son of our parents and no matter how much bad we wanted, we knew once we step back to our house there's our parents waiting for our return. Meaning, no matter how worse we can do, in our heart we will turn ourselves to God anytime, anywhere. This is the proof that we got more than enough rope.

some states do not have capital punishment like NY.the states that have , do not hang.the third world country of Iraq does that.i do believe in capital punishment as long as long as they are absolutely sure they got the right person.Americans did not hang saddam the Iraqi people did for his murderous crimes against humanity.

I have extra...also if you grease the rope it slides a lot easier. Sniping is a good way to get rid of vermin as well.

Yes we do, but the main question is do we have a justice system in place to know who and to prove that they are evil doers in the first place.
