I invited someone to the US and they got a visa for several months and are to leave in April. I told them they had to leave then so that I would not have any problems with the government. Now, I find out this person went to Canada. My question:

She was able to enter Canada, will she be able to re-enter the US w/her visa before April? Since she's gone against what I asked her, I don't want her to be able to re-enter. What will happen? What should I do if she doesn't leave at the time she is supposed to?

Ok, i know what you are talking here, you did all you had to do so this person can have hes visa on hes country so he can come to the usa, so he came and now he have permit to stay in the USA territory for so much timi untill April rithg?.

At this point what he does is not going to afect you AT ALL, at some point inmigration will know if he follow tha directions the he gat from inmigration at the airport of when to live the country, if he fail to do so, inmigration will know it, and the only contact inmigration or law enforcement offices will make with you will be just to chek if this person is still living in your home ro if you know where to find hem.

Note: If he is in Canada he allredy comply with the direction he recive frome inmigration at the airport of living the coutry befor April, Canada is not part of the USA, so he live the country, once he try to come back he will be re-admited because the visas are good for 5 to 10 years, but for every time someone with visa comes to the USA, the inmigration department in the first airport where he arrives will tell hem how long he have to live the coutry again, and this person can do this untill the visa expires.

I'm assuming they came on a tourist (B-2) visa. She should be able to re-enter the US as long as her tourist visa is still valid. There's not much you can do to stop her as long as she is being legal. If she doesn't leave when she's supposed to, you can report her.
