If there were one, would the quality of healthcare decline?

A year and half ago my ex-husband, who is in the Navy, falsley wrote up paper work that I had wrongfully abducted my children when I moved out of state, which he had knowledge of for a year. When I tried to raise child support from 450 a month to 800 he drew up these fraudulant papers. Our case was modified and the judge ruled in his favor to give him primary custody (thanks to my worthless lawyer - i have a new one now), we have joint custody..
Two months ago he moved across the country without proper notification to me and now I am remodifying. My odds don't seem real good since he was stationed out of state and didn't move as a civilian. He took my babies with him and won't come to court in 2 days, supposedly because the military won't let him leave.(he got the court date information two weeks ago) If there are any military personnel or lawyers out there that can give me any advice on how to fight this, please do so. I am a mother who just wants her babies back.

for example; If a Republican congressman resigns, does the Democratic governor of his home state have the right to replace him with somebody who is a Democrat?

well i got a ticket by a highway patrol man and i requested an informal discovery i sent it 12/15/2006 and i sent copies to the prosecutin(da's) and witness to the prosecution(chp officer) but i havnt recieved anything. I lost my trial by decloration and i requested a trial de novo and its set for feb 8, 2007 but my real qustion is what are the chances of me winning my motion to dismiss as the prosecution and the witness to the prosection were both served with a discovery request (via certified mail) and they did not respond? will the judge most likley grant it or grant continuance and order them to give me my discovery??? thanks and yes it is possible to obtain discovery in a traffic ticket case.

a military recruiter told me if i joined, i'd get all my student loans paid for, I'd be able to attend grad school of my course, i won't be sent to iraq, and I will probably get high paying jobs when i get back and I can retire early. Is all this true? its not in the contract but he says the military keeps their word?

Then we can give them a Yahoo Answers site and they can fight it out on here with the mindset that it actually does anything for anyone.
