Are there special privileges associated with these "honor houses"? Prisons are a government resources and the government is constitutionally prohibited from promoting a particular religion. Denying any type of privilege from a person because they don't believe in God is unconstitutional and to me, unconscionable. Felons must give up some rights, but the government does not gain the right to promote religion to prisoners.
