I recieved an e-mail this morning claiming to be from the bank of Africa saying that in the year 2000 a family died in a plane crash and there isn't a next of kin to send 5 million US dollars to and are asking for bank details so that you can make the claim as kin. How many others recieved this. Don't all apply at once, giggle. I took this infomation to the police and there's not alot they can do about this kind of thing so all I'm saying is be careful.

I was born to American parents in Australia. I have a birth certificate from the US embassy in Sydney. Since I only have one copy I'd like to get a second copy to lock up in a safe-deposit box.

It will expire soon, but i'm in divorce & i have to file seperately to remove the condition after i get my divorce decree. How long could i extend the expiration date through the INS ? Could i ask for 1 or 2 years extention ?

do I have to pay taxes if I keep my money under my mattress? :)

But seriously, there seems to be some strain in American politics that's ready to label conduct as "immoral" at the drop of a hat.

But some focus on sexual practices, and others focus on economic ones.

Think about it - how many people are quick to call people who are wealthy "greedy" or "evil," and want to get their hands on as much of someone else's money as they can.

But is there much difference between saying "hands off my body" and "hands off my wallet?"

Compare, contrast, discuss.

Being that he is jewish, and a staunch supporter of the iraq war, arent his votes biased because of the current conflict with arabs and isrealis? Are his votes in best interest of americans of in the best interests of Isreal?

Former Education Secretary Ruth Kelly has enrolled one of her children in a private school, according to reports.

It has been claimed that Ms Kelly, who is now Communities Secretary, is paying £15,000-a-year to take the child out of the state system.

It doesn't seem to be a vote of confidence in the State sector she used to be in charge of - or of the Government's ability to offer the education you'd be pleased to give your own child.

My boyfriend has had more than one offense. He is 17 and will not be 18 until March 15. He has been charged in the past with grand theft auto, possession of/intent, running from cops (this was 3 years ago, at 15). He has benn locked up for 3 years.(for those charges) He was in a group home. He ran away from there a month ago. His cousin dared him to rob a convenient store, so being an idiot he did and got caught. We live in TN. with all of this what could happen. I am also 5 wks pregnant. . .Help, and please dont be negative. I realize who i am in love with and i am wanting to stand by his side and help him thru all of this in hopes that this baby and his stupidity will make him wake up. I've been with him since we were 15. I am not giving up on him yet.

remember he is 17, has already served time for previous offenses, will be 18 in 2 months.

He is 17 now and all his crimes are as a juvenile. He will be 18 in two months. Can he enlist in the army or marines if he is serving time in jail for his offense?
