How about massing together with all the other folks? There's a huge number of groups, yahoo for a start.

One man, *on his own* the courts can abuse but masses they can't, they don't have the resources.

As far as I can see the US has been the aggressor. Chavez is the elected leader of Venezuela and the US claims to support democracy yet they have tried several CIA plots to overthrow him which thankfully have failed. He wants what is best for his country and not what is best for the US. He has toyed with the idea of trading his oil in Euros which will damage the US economy but that is not a crime. That is simply business. He hasn't attacked the US or its interests and hasn't killed US citizens. He simply disagrees with US policies just as many other leaders do. Is that enough to make an enemy out of a country?

Because they way i see we are not there because we want to be...but we have to be because the country is still riddled with violence...it not like when we occupied Japan after WW2...there was no fight going on in that country like there is in Iraq after the Iraq war...

My boyfriend (from Europe) and I have been together for almost 15 years. He has helped me raise my kids (their father hasn't contributed a dime), put my daughter thru college, etc. We tried to get married several times but couldn't because his wife refused to give him a divorce.
We lived in another state and decided to move. Before we moved he had a work authorization card and a s.s. card (both were legit) and we went to immigration before we moved (because he had to report yearly) and they told him that they would mail him his new card. We gave immigration the address that we were moving to and waited and waited.
One day a letter from immigration came in the mail, forwarded by his old boss (he jheld it for about 6 months), saying that he would be deported if he was found. Last year his wife finally gave him a divorce but now we can't get married because he is illegal. What can we do?

when I was young (and stupid) I married an illegal immigrant and helped him get legalized. We never had kids so that's good. I learned to speak fluent Spanish from him. Anyway, we divorced and now I see the effect illegals have on our economy and country and I feel ashamed. I used my Spanish to get a really good job and I try to bust out every illegal I see because I've been there and know what to look for. I also have the inside track on why they really come here. The thing is, will be people look down on me if they knew the truth. I say I learned from school.

The Rev. Naim Khoury, the Palestinian Greek-Orthodox pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bethlehem, claimed that the only country in the Middle East where Christians are not persecuted for their religious beliefs is Israel.

He described how his church was repeatedly firebombed by Islamic jihadists.

According to Khoury there is a growing anti-Semitism and sentiments of anti-Christianity in the Middle East and in the Palestinian territories in particular. Regarding Bethlehem, he stated “I think maybe two percent [are Christians]." “I can see around us in the whole area [that] Christians are leaving.”

He also asked why the European Union has refused to defend Christians in Lebanon and the Palestinian Authority.
