This question is so flawed that I dont think it really deserves an answer. The Palestinians did not have any land, Isreal and Palestine both received their land in 1947 when the UN carved up what was left of the Ottoman empire and Persia. This is where most of the Middle Eastern countries got their land. 6 Arab nations went to war with Isreal and got their butts kicked, and all lost land!
So unless we are ready to give land back to the Indians, Mexico, England, Saddam and Hitler, then we must accept that possession of land is part of the spoils of war. You start a war and lose, well!

All the territories the Israelis now possess are theirs by legal right -- the right conferred by the League of Nations Mandates Commission, when it carefully defined the territory which would be set aside, from the vast territories in the Middle East that had formerly been in the control of the Ottoman Turks as part of their empire, and which had been won by the Allies.
An Arab State, a Kurdish State, and a Jewish state were all promised. The Arabs got their state -- no, in the end, they got far more than their state but rather--as of 2006--22 members of the Arab League, the most richly endowed with natural resources of any states on earth, enjoying the fruits of the greatest transfer of wealth in human history The Kurds did not get their state, because by the time things had settled, Kemal Ataturk was driving a hard bargain and would not permit it.

A lot of what we call Palenstinians are not they are from Jordan and Syrian. When Syria, Jordan and Egypt attacked them they defended themselves taking land from all three. Realizing they could not give the land back for it would give thier opponents the same advantage they had before the war. The Syrians and Jordans became the Palenstinians.

How come the Palestinians have more effective accurate to that land then the Israelis? I dont keep in options seeing any Israelis strap bombs to their bodies and blow up innocents. ultimately the Palestinians do not rejoice christmas so how might want to the Israelis scouse borrow it variety them?

Isreal is not a nice country, their policies of ethnic cleansing were learned from the Nazi's whom they now emulate. The same people who support Isreal here in the USA, deney my people our treaty rights, gee they can take back a lnad after a 2,000+ year absence and call it right and the will of their God, who never does his own killing, but say we American Indians have no just claims and we haven't left!

Why can't Palestine agree to share the land? Israel did not determine who the land belonged to, it was the United Nations. I think both sides should work together to end the conflict. The problem is that I have seen no evidence over the last 50 years that the Palestinians are willing to be reasonable. The UN creates a resolution, the Israelis withdraw, then the Palestinians start suicide bombing Israeli citizens again and the conflict reignites. You are locked into a mentality that Israel is the only one wrong here. This is an incorrect assumption. Both sides have things to be ashamed of and just blaming one side or the other is a waste of time.

What Palestinian Land? They historically have none. They were Nomadic people that lived on land claimed by Syria and Lebanon. Syria, Lebanon and Jordan do not want the Palestinian either. They are just something to use to bother Israel. Why did your leaders not accept all the land Israel offered?

And go where? People seldom decide to get up and leave the country where they were born, where they feel at home, just out of the goodness of their hearts. If you were a Jewish person born in Israel, where would you go? The better question is why won't Israel recognize the responsibility their country has to the millions of Palestinian refugees who were driven out of their homes to make way for Jewish settlers? Why won't Israel recognize the right of return? There are millions of people living in refugee camps in neighboring countries who long for a home. Many have been in camps for over 50 years! Why? One because they want to go back to their home, where they were born, where their memories are, which is in Israel. Two, because no one else wants them. There are third generation refugees (people born in camps to parents born in camps) who are denied citizenship in the country of their birth because they are Palestinian refugees. Why won't Israel compensate people who were thrown out of their homes at gunpoint?
The answer is simple. Israel is trying to be a religious state and a democracy. If the millions of displaced Palestinians were allowed back in, and given rights as citizens, they would be able to vote. And then there would be no way for Israel to continue to be a Jewish state since the Palestinian population (both Christian and Muslim) would vote against it.

its not that simple and it wont stop there. trust me, the emotions run alot higher than that and they wont stop, i feel, until they kill each other. there is no simple solution to terrorism on either side. stop reading the pelosi press releases and notice whats going on around you...youll understand my point. article 232 for example has never been and probably never will be recognize by hamas. when someone calls for your destruction on either side you tend to take it seriously.
