I guess I disagree with your premise. In the first place, there is no such thing as Islamofascism, so I guess it is a myth.
Instead what we have is a bunch of misguided creeps who have as the saying goes "hijacked Islam".
They are every bit as misguided as the Rev. Fred Phelps crew that pickets U.S. military funerals.
I respect your right to have an opinion, but come on, do a bit of research like trying to bring a Bible into a Muslim radical state and decide who is the fascist, Bush or them?
I was a kid in 1973 when visiting friends (Iranians) who lived in Tehran, and don't remember a whole lot, but I am pretty sure they were more tolerant than current regime.

Nice to see you finally woke up Mr. Van Winkle. Sorry to tell you, but in the last hundred years while you slept, radical muslims took over Islam and have been targeting westerners for some time now. Islamofascism in not a myth, sorry.

It's not a myth, not a boogieman dreamed up to scare anyone, not a tactic. These are living, breathing and very dedicated zealots whose one aim in life is to serve their version of GOD by either converting everyone or failing that, killing them. Period. If one has made the choice that they refuse to believe in what is in front of them, nothing will sway them. But I would caution that to let hatred for a man, a group of men or a political party blind one is a mistake.
Sadly, these people have been around since the earliest historical records and it matters little at this point why they are pissed off, the fact is that they are and they don't care who gets in their way.

I do not believe Bush, however before I heard the word coined my investigation into the corruption of the Muslim religion and the radical militants (terrorists) it occurred to me that Islam was more of a form of government than a religion.
I think it fits well, or would you prefer Muslim-Nazi-ism?
