My ex girlfriend, who cheated on me, put me thru all this psychological abuses since i got to this country on August 2006. How can i prove this on court? Since she is not a religious person, is a great liar, so, the fact of the Bible and the right hand means nothing to her, she can lie all the time on court with no remorse. The only witness is her roommate and he is on her side of course. He is not going to testify against her since she is her friend, not mine. Althought in public he made a statement that "she used to put me thru a lot of shi*". I am lonely in this country. No relatives, no nothing. I onlu had her. Her family is influenced by her story versions.
How can i prove all this psychological abuses?

Intimidation - she threatened me to call INS and police everytime or she would dump me out on the street.
Hate Speech - She referred to Cubans as barbarian and uncapable of taking decisions, unsecure comunist pigeons.
Coercive Persuation - by threating me and intimidating me

I have looked everywhere in the Media (Newspapers, TV, etc) and I can not find this War so many are speaking about. The only thing I have found is Tom DeLay and a group of Right Wingers crying over other religions wanting equal freedom to display their religious icons in public. And Rush Limbaugh crying over a cross that was taken down in S Calif.

Where is this WAR on Christmas/Christians in a country that is damn near 90% Christian????????? Are you all fighting with one another? Blaming the ACLU is hysterical as many of them claim to be Christian as well.

my opinion is NO!. these man and women put thier lives in front lines for us, as well as the people were suppose be fighting with. they protect both sides. for our own USA to prosecute our soldiers is wrong. there could be exceptions in some cases. some of these things were meant to happen. It is looking that way, as the Democrats have proposed a draft bill that they plan to push in January. Recently, the Administration has also said they have no plans to change course until January. It is likely that if the draft were to return, it would happen before '08, as this president cannot be re-elected and thus never has to face the public again. And we know he cares little in regards to making popular decisions. The next president in 2008 would not have to take the heat for it either, and would not look to rescind it. So, what do you think?
