In my opinion, the blacks are lazy and wont help them selves. Was it a mistake to get rid of white rule in South africa, as the system that replaced it is just as corrupt and racist, Crime has doubled and the police turn a blind eye to most crime that is committed against a white, The police force is corrupt to, incapable of dealing with the amount of crime commited by blacks, aids is rife because the blacks have not come out of the trees yet. Also the ANC are a communist type party ,

My husband was pulled over last night by the state police and treated like a felon and they searched our vehicle just because they were looking for the same type of vehicle b/c of something to do with narcotics. They made him step out of the vehicle and walk backwards to them, empty his pockets, get patted down, tore our vehicle apart searching for drugs, even looked underneath it, then said sorry apparently you're not the person we're looking for, have a nice night. I guess they showed him a warrant type paper saying they could search any vehicle that fit our type vehicle? Are they allowed to do that? I thought they had to have a license plate number or at least suspect description. I didnt think they could just search any vehicle that looks like the one they're looking for. We have a Jeep and there's tons of them around here. If that would have been me and our daughter instead, I would have been scared to death.

What is a "black person"?

Depending on the culture, skin color does have some bearing on treatment, but this is a function of education.

America is by far the most racially diverse country in the world. To truely appreciate this, you need to compare diversity pie charts with other countries. America's pie chart cant even be fully illustrated because of the countless enteries, whereas all other countries neatly fall into a three or four segement pie chart. Again...if you havent seen this visual...you must...in order to fully grasp the magnitude of difference.

Before America, maybe the term "white person" had some relevance. But because of America these terms no longer have meaning, except to race-peddalrs from the left and racists from the left and right.

Long ago, someone might have used the term "black person" to describe of African decent based on a homogenous cultural view. Today however, the terms are more often used as political devises to keep constituents in a herd.

After 9/11 Bush told the celebrating Middle Easterns, You either with me or you are against us. Well even Saudi Arabia disagree with the Iraqi invasion. Should they all face the death penalty as treasonous or 'stay the wrath' of their own people after the USA packs up and leave the region..

Navy veteran accuses U.S. military of holding him prisoner
By Matt O'Connor

CHICAGO - A Chicago man who worked for an Iraqi contractor alleged Monday he was imprisoned in a U.S. military compound in Baghdad, held incommunicado for more than three months and subjected to interrogation techniques "tantamount to torture."

In a federal lawsuit filed in Chicago, Donald Vance, 29, a Navy veteran, charged that his constitutional rights were trampled by American military interrogators even though they knew he was a U.S. citizen.

"I couldn't believe they did this to any human being," said Vance in a telephone interview.

Vance was taken into custody without charges in April. While imprisoned at Camp Cropper near Baghdad International Airport, Vance said, he was held in solitary confinement in a continuously lit, windowless and extremely cold cell as loud heavy metal and country music blared nonstop. Vance said the military men loved to torture and said "this is for America".

Here in Sacramento California it is nearly illegal to smoke in any public building.

There have been laws proposed to make it illegal to smoke in a home or vehicle with children and that land lords could restrict your ablility to smoke in your rented residence.
