I don't know why so many people gave you a "thumbs down", probably because they don't like the fact that you have made them aware of something they don't want to know...but to answer your question, as far as people know, they are not using them right now and keep them staffed...Apparently they exist only if they have to implement "martial law"

I know they have places for people who lost their homes in the Hurricanes, these just to give them a place to live until they get their homes rebuilt. I never heard of concentration camps. I do know in WW II the USA had those for Japanese that were in the Country and also some Prison Camps for enemy soldiers.

the humans housed in them have no where to go. where else can they live for free. consentration camp? there are no guards. but alot of excusses.
