It depends on who the GOP has running. It's no shoe in until they (GOP) win the election. If they can't find someone that will win that the people like, they will loose and we will get one of the above people as President.....

Who do you think would be more qualified? The Republican Administration that brought us into a war with a lie and continue to use fear as a tactic to get votes when everything they do is diminishing the quality of life in the United States and has cost us the lives of almost 3,000 young people and maiming about 2,500 more who will be crippled for life.
Hillary Clinton is a hard working Senator who is fighting for health care, security, employment and ending the war. John Edwards is an upstanding citizen that served in the Senate and Barack Obama is broad minded intellectual, also a fine Senator.
Please do some homework before name calling.

As a republican, I think this upcoming election poses to be the most interesting yet! Bush is coming off such a bad term that no republicans even dare throw their hat in the ring, in fear of being completely trashed. Yet even the Democrats are struggling to find a strong contender with enough guts to be the next one in office! I have actually started looking more closely at the Democratic candidates because I want to be proactive and choose someone that I think will help the country heal the deep mistrust Americans have developed for our government recently. And if that means a Democrat be the answer so be it. At the moment I feel that I would rather see Obabma than Clinton! And if you look at it realistically he really has no more experience than Kennedy had, he is just lacking the family name that ensures his political success.

You just never know in politics. Bill Clinton was a no-name governor of Arkansas, who had a sex scandal early in his campaign, and he ended up being a two term president.
In the last election, Howard Dean seemed to be a strong front runner and then totally disappeared after just a few primaries. Wesley Clark also appeared to be a strong candidate, but his campaign went no where.
As a conservative I'm most worried about Hillary. I don't think Obama or Edwards have much chance.

Not necessarily. Invariably, there will be more jumping into the ring. Many who have won the presidency came from behind. Bill Clinton wasn't the front runner in 1992. So don't worry too much about it now.
Clinton and Obama will probably peak too early and cancel each other out.
Edwards came across as a decent stand up guy the last time and could actually pull it off.
Believe me, the Dems want it so bad this time around, that whoever gets the nod will have and enormous amount of support behind him (or her)

Actually, it appears that O'Bama and Edwards are fairyly like minded and it appears that all three would be willing to back whoever might win the nomination. It also appears the at least two of those candidates are polling pretty high against possible Republican contenders. Don't know where you are getting your info but it sounds more like wishful thinking than fact.

Democrats doomed, LoL! It's the Republicans that are going up in flames. What front runners for the presidency do they have? McCain? The guy embarrasses himself and becomes more of a hypocrite every day. Obama's got insane charisma. The President's numbers are in the tank. I think you need a reality check, as to what way the winds are blowing...

I honestly believe the democrate have to find a new voice for the people to get behind. Obama would be a good choice, but he doesn't have the experience. A lot of people are tired of Clinton she has the ability but her act is getting tired. Edwards would be a good choice, but do we need and ambulance chaser in the white house.

Yeah, you're right, but you have to admit that they're fun to watch. I see Hillary re-released her book "It Takes a Village". Does she not understand that her cocept is just plain stupid because IT TAKES PARENTS!!!!!!!
Obama can't make up his mind, like he attended the John Kerry School of Decision Making, or something.
John Edwards is an empty suit. Who the heck elected him to the Senate in the first place?

My guess would be that they have an excellent chance of getting elected with ANYONE who ran, simply because Bush's approval rating is through the floor. . . and that will plague them in the 2008 election.
