You really need to get your meds checked.

Fox News is a propaganda machine? As opposed to the "honest" reporting we can expect from CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, The AP, Reuters.....

It has been proved - and admitted - that Reuters photographers photoshopped some pictures. Why would a "professional" unbaised journalist do this? Gee, he wasn't trying to push an AGENDA or anything - must have been an "honest" mistake, right? Certainly it's not propaganda - after all, this isn't Fox News we're talking about, right? Or how about the AP - they can't provide evidence that their "source" in the Iraqi security forces even exists - yet they print everything they're told. Propaganda? Nah - you think that's just good, honest reporting, don't you? How about the photo that was published in the LA Times that showed a British soldier pointing a gun at a terrified Iraqi man with a child in his arms? Yep - that's right - FAKE. So spare me the hypocricy of calling Fox a propaganda machine.

Did Hilter provide his Jewish prisoners with copies of the Torah? Detainees at Gitmo have copies of the Koran - and remember, that "honest" reporting that you are so fond of admitted they were WRONG about the Koran being flushed. Propaganda? Of course not - it wasn't Fox News.

Did Hitler accomodate his Jewish prisoners religious dietary needs? I think the photos of what was found in the Concentration Camps prove that he did not. Guess what? Detainees in Gitmo are feed according to their religious beliefs.

Did the Jews, handicapped, or homosexuals GAIN weight under Hitler? Again, I think it's safe to say that pictures prove this is not the case. The average weight GAIN among Gitmo detainees has been 13 pounds.

Finally, GET OVER IT. Bush won BOTH elections. Maybe you need to go back and read up on the electoral college and how it works.

If Bush WAS a Nazi, you'd be hauled off and shot for posting stupid crap like this.

Do us all a favor - take a history class and learn the facts about Nazi Germany for yourself. To make inane allegations like this is a complete insult to Holocaust survivors.

Name one person George Bush has personally murdered or ordered murdered. Engaging in war is not the same as ordering the gassing of millions of defenseless people.

While I would agree that Fox news spins the news to the right, they are not a propaganda machine and there are numerous alternatives if you don't like their content.

There are no Concentration Camps. Apparently you fail to grasp what a Concentration Camp was and what it was used for. Detaining prisoners captured during war is an acceptable practice and has been used throughout history. No one is being exterminated at any of the places you mention.

While it is true that Bush did not win by a majority in 2000, he won by an overwhelming majority in 2004. Kindly get your facts straight or be rightfully accused of propaganda yourself.

George Bush' legacy will not be determined by you or I, but rather by history. He will not be remembered with the likes you mention, no American president ever has been. This is wishful thinking on your part born out of an irrational hatred and in denial of certain realities.

You can think of George Bush in any context you like, but the comparisons to Hitler only show a radical and disenchanted mindset. There are criticisms which can be made, some deserved, some not, but your premise merits no consideration because the content is flawed by distortions.

Let's see.

What was Hitler's objective? More room for the so-called Aryans. Greater Germany. Bush has no such agenda.

Hitler's goal elimination of Jews and others. So far, I don't believe any of the Gitmo prisoners have been gassed, nor do I see it happening. So much for your 'concentration camp' argument.

If the prisoners there have truly plotted against America, they should be thankful they are still alive.

Your assertion about Fox News is ridiculous. Do you think there were any other media outlets allowed to operate when Hilter was in power?

You know very well how the electoral college works, in spite of theories that the election was 'stolen' from the Democrats.

Wake UP!

I agree that Bush has been a sadness as President. i'm not sure that each and every person those issues are certainly actual, yet Clinton did a greater suitable job in maximum of those aspects. working example we are no longer possibly bankrupt, yet our debt is substantial. Please remember nonetheless that Hitler slaughtered thirteen million people. That equates to manhattan, or to the two l. a. & Chicago! better than 3 Houston Metro aspects. fairly some people. expected numbers fall around those quantities 6 million jews 2.5 million gypsies 3 million Jehovah's Witnesses better than a million million homosexuals and a million million others. And no evidence replaced into required, in case you have been categorised such, you have been long gone. Bush , for my area isn't a good President, yet to intend that Hitler replaced right into a greater suitable chief is an fairly frightening element. Hitler replaced into, at circumstances, very captivating, yet evil people in many circumstances are, and he replaced into the personification of evil.

Making a comparison between Bush and Hitler is an insult to the memories of the millions of people murdered by Hitlers regime.

As for the rest, it's apples and oranges.

Hitler began his regime by convincing his nation that all non-Aryans, especially Jews, were 'terrorists' trying to take over Germany. Bush has done the same with Muslims.

Bush has no desire to keep the Geneva Pact going. Fortunately, we have the power to not allow that to happen. There isn't much difference between a concentration camp and a place where torture is allowed. My (mainly Jewish) family members believe that all torture is inherently wrong and will only lead to similar "concentration camps". Hitler succeeded in denying the rights of others. Bush is attempting to do the same.

Hitler used Christianity as a tool for enforcing his ideas. To quote: "My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God's truth! was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter. In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and adders. How terrific was his fight against the Jewish poison. Today, after two thousand years, with deepest emotion I recognize more profoundly than ever before the fact that it was for this that He had to shed his blood upon the Cross. As a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice... And if there is anything which could demonstrate that we are acting rightly, it is the distress that daily grows. For as a Christian I have also a duty to my own people. And when I look on my people I see them work and work and toil and labor, and at the end of the week they have only for their wages wretchedness and misery. When I go out in the morning and see these men standing in their queues and look into their pinched faces, then I believe I would be no Christian, but a very devil, if I felt no pity for them, if I did not, as did our Lord two thousand years ago, turn against those by whom today this poor people are plundered and exposed." "I believe today that my conduct is in accordance with the will of the Almighty." "I am now as before a Catholic and will always remain so." (http://atheism.about.com/library/quotes/bl_q_AHitler.htm)
Sounds a bit like our President, eh?

Hitler spread propaganda against a huge group of people, especially Jews. Bush is doing the same to Muslims.

History should be telling those of you who disagree with Igloo's synopsis that the tactics used by our government today are not much than those used by Hitler more than half a century ago. The history should also be telling you that such tactics NEVER work!
