I have Crohns disease? Which line of defense would accept me and what would you suggest? My husband is Army National Guard former Marine Corps. I always wanted to join military and still think of it from time to time. But i do have Crohns disease and I take medication everyday. What do you think? I don't doubt that i could handle the stress or even the hard work. I am very determined. Thanks in advance.

I am 17 and have been looking into the military for 10 months. I am fairly sure now that I want to enlist in the U.S. Navy, and my parents said they will support me in whatever I do but I wouldn't bet the barn that they'll follow through. First they tried to talk me out of military, then they tried to show me ROTC stuff. ROTC is cool but I really want to enlist now. I probably come across as a rash teenager but I've been looking into this for 10 months now and talked to a lot of people. I also got a 99 on the asvab so I should qualify for a good job. How can I tell my parents that I really want to go in now and not later?

Depleted uranium has been used in several countries causing massive deformation of the babies, along with nasty cancers on the already born and adults. There is a Dr who can relieve some of this, but he needs to buy land for a research center by the end of this month (December) or lose the land. This center will keep track of shifting du so the people can avoid it and hopefully have no more deformed, suffering babies. Dr. Miraki needs $45,000 on the land by the end of December. I am going to pray for all I am worth and give all I can squeeze out. I hope you all join me. Blessed are the merciful, they shall receive mercy.

For several months now I have been harassed by United States Customs Agents. Earlier this year I apparently had an "attitude" and was sent in for a secondary inspection and interrogated. Needless to say, their efforts were wasted when they couldn't find anything on me. Since then, I have been pulled into secondary inspection countless times they have never and WILL never find anything illegal in my posession. Social deviant or not... shouldn't they be concentrating their energy on the criminals? Should I complain to a Govenor or to the Customs Agency itself.

according to statistics there are 80million Americans who've tried pot & 25million who smoke it regualrly so why not make money off of it. Amsterdam has legalized pot,and it turns out to be a safe city. each year Amsterdam makes tons of money from tourist visiting, mainly because of they allow cannabis.Here in America [i live in Cali] kids are easily exposed to marijuana through freinds, and even selling pot themselves, they even make a career and tons of money off of it. According to many studies it has been proven that American teens have a greater chance of gettting marijuanna than the teens in Amsterdam. Becuz alcohol is legal and an age limit has been put on it,its pretty much harder to get alcohol than to get marijuana in my country [capitalist, self-rightous USA, home to idoits like Pres. Bush].if marijuana were legalized there would be many benefit it could be taxed, have an age limit to it,& importantly people out in the streets would not get killed or rich off a plant.

This is what i surmise so far... just like in the south, where there were family fueds that caused lots of deaths, there is really no reason that sunnis and shiites kill each other.
Maybe they just claim to be either just to have a reason to kill their neighbor? It just doesn't make sense why one would claim such a life or death difference because of a belief in a difference in family ties from the religion's founder.

I am a SGT in the army and was recently arrested for a DUI. Although it is the first time in my career that i am in trouble our new CO wants to make me an E-1. I am deploying in a month and my trial will not be until we return. Can I be punished without a civillian conviction?

I have been studying this and I interperate the law like this . . .

1. You can take a picture of anything in your home and publish it, even if it's a friend nude in your shower.

2. You can publish a picture of anything that is in public view, even if it is someone who doesn't want their picture taken, if they are in public, they can't stop you.

3. You can publish an image sent to you on the internet as long as the person does not tell you not to (or does that even matter)

4. You can publish nude photos of your husband or wife even if they tell you not to because the photos arejoint property. (joint meaning they belong to both of you because you are married)

5. Unless a photo contains a copyright on it, once published, it becomes free domain and can be re-published by anyone.

I have been reading laws about this for over a week now. . . I would appreciate any clarification on this. . .

The North fought that war with one hand behind their back. If there had been more Confederate victories and successes, they would have simply brought that other hand out and smashed them flat. With only 3 million whites, they simply could not have supported a protracted war. It was a terrible thing that Lincolin was shot at the end. He wanted to accept them all back into "the fold". Johnson hated the South and made them pay for decades. Even today much of our poverty is in the South. They never stood a chance.
