Goose Green is in the Falklands. A battle was fought there during the Falklands War, called, the Battle of Goose Green.
There is also a Goose Green here in London.

Goose Green is Falkland islands. Argentina invaded 2 April 1982,+the BRITISH claimed the islands back again 14 June 1982.

an area stole from the Argies in 1730.The latest episode when Britain defended its soverinty was in 1982.The occasion was unique in so much that it was all about two dozen sheep.

Are you having a laugh? What a nobhead! It's in the Falkland Islands, don't ask that question to anyone that was ever in the British Army. They may give you 2 minutes headstart (but it's not likely) before they gave you brain damage.

I expect you are referring to the farm in E. Sussex and not the scene of a major battle in the Faulkland Islands in the S. Atlantic where British Troops engaged the Argentinian forces in the battle for Port Stanley I think.
