500 years ago, he perdicted the rise of Hitler & the second world war. He predicted the birth & rise of a new super power on the American continent & the coming in power of a president from a wealthy family that would provoc, inspir and lead the world into a 3rd world war, due to his idiosy & hidding behind his religious conviction, but he is doing the devil's work. Nostradamus predicted that the ist sign would be the war of Misopotamia(know now as Iraq), which would lead to a larger conflict in the middle east & the clash between Islam & Christianity. The war will start by the beginnig of 2012 or 2015 & two third of the world will be destroyed. The war would last 15 years and America will be reduced to burned ashes. Do you think this will happen ?

I just don't understand, some intellectuals were searching for evidence and wrote their studies of the historic incident, why is it so taboo? Why do you get in serious trouble when you try to investigate this certain issue? If all the facts were true and happened, then why punish the people who decided to research it. The actions that were taken against these people made me question and even consider them to be more than conspiracy theorists. What's your opnion?

I had an argument with a political rival of mine (though a great friend) about universal healthcare.

I presented this argument:

I come from Israel (a country that provides universal healthcare coverage for all its citizens). I have read up on other systems, and many have claimed that they are horrible, but I would present the contrary for Israel. Anyone can see a doctor at any point in time, there are no months of waiting, and there are opportunities to add to your health insurance to increase coverage to more than the basic.

Everyone pays 5% of their gross salary and get full coverage, and if you don't make money, you're still covered. The benefit is really in the fact that you don't have to be on your deathbed to see a doctor, and many of our major illnesses get taken care of early because of preventative medicine.

I'm under the impression that if the US implemented universal healthcare, it would end up paying for itself because we would save so much on expensive care ....

The Europeans who drew the cartoons about The Prophet lost millions in revenue after their products were boycotted by musims the world over... Its pretty apparent Irans prez. would really like to see Israel smashed, we all know that. But is this his attempt to unify people to the cause he dreamt up? To start war?
Can he gather up enough support to act this out, and bring the middle east against Israel?
Some say this is just that. He has said bold things, and seems very determined to accomplish something major...but what?
Many of his own people apparently want him dead now...or gone at the least.

Is he capable of drumming up all this support to start another "halocaust"? Is this what he wants?
