i'm not trying to be rude or b!tchy...
(my sister's in the airforce) but why does everyone act like serving in the military is the greatest thing since sliced bread...why do we always say "They are fighting for our freedom or our country"

Isn't our country already free?
Aren't our rights unalieanable?

I know i will have enraged responses but i just want someone elses perspective so don't chew me out or say i'm a surrender monkey!!!

That the democratic party hasnt taken over the house and senate but are already fumbling over election details for 2008 and attacking Bush policies instead of finding answers, theyre playing the point fingers game again,I think there only goal was to obtain some sort of sense of power with no real agenda past that goal,Do you agree of disagree, and are you enjoying the show there creating already?

My Canadien friend came back from Europe and he had two apples with him and didnt declare them because he FORGOT all about them. he had to pay $400 for faulsely declaring. and suppose he didnt forget, alot of people think that they only have to declare somthing of large quantity. Its not like he is going to re-plant the appels or somthing. I mean just take them away...why a $400 fine?

What do you think of the system they use? Is it too abusive.

You have to believe that taxes are too low, but ATM fees are too high. You have to believe that Margaret Sanger and Gloria Steinem are more important to American history than Thomas Jefferson, Gen. Robert E. Lee, Thomas Edison and A.G. Bell.
You have to believe that standardized tests are racist, but racial quotas and set-asides are not.
You have to believe that the only reason socialism hasn't worked anywhere it's been tried is because the right people haven't been in charge.
You have to believe that homosexual parades displaying drag, transvestites, and bestiality should be constitutionally protected, and manger scenes at Christmas should be illegal.
You have to believe that illegal Democratic Party funding by the Chinese Government somehow in the best interest to the United States.
You have to believe that this message is a part of a vast, conspiracy.
You have to believe that it's okay to give Federal workers off on Christmas Day but it's not okay to say "Merry Christmas."
