It's possible. If you're seen as willingly "harboring" them, then you could be prosecuted. However, simply associating with someone you know to be an illegal alien is not illegal. I've also never heard of someone being prosecuted for simply dating an illegal alien.

No, you can not get in any trouble. If you don't want her to be illegal anymore, you can either marry her, or get her pregnant, either way she becomes a lawful resident of the United States, as does the child.

Why ?are you married? if you are ,would you call adultery a crime? if you are not married let me tell you trouble can come in more than legal ways ,She may have kin that can kick your ### you know what i mean? Doubtful. No one wants to bother to enforce the laws. When towns and cities do, the courts overrule them.

I doubt it but why would you want to date a criminal that has no respect for our laws? remember this is a criminal it could be dangerous
