Someone keeps running my mailbox over with their truck, so i took a big pipe filled it with cement and covered it with a very thin sheet of look alike wood covering for table tops. So next time he hits it BOOM!

Telengana is not required at all in my view. Let's see the smaller states like jarkhand and uttaranchal after they got seperated. what did they acheive by seperation? within the india as one family our political leaders talk about patriotisim and unity among all relegions, then why this regional seperations with one one single language speaking area? who will get benefited from this? an anohter CM and other group of ministers to get into there dream positions. who did really care for backward regions? my dear politicians who are striving hard for a seperate state. please, don't play with peoples sentiments and encourage regional feelings. you are spoinling the socitey directly than those communal forces. Don't use 'telengana' for your existence and foold around innocent people.

would they put you on jury duty 13 days before Christmas. I hate jury duty. 4 hours of sitting...Bring a book tune everyone out until you name is called...go downstairs get soemthing to eat at a one person table and go back upstairs...I was lucky I didn't get called last time...It was a murder committed by an illegal alien they gave him a lawyer and an interpreter? I mean he doesn't know he is in trouble for stabbing someone to death?...I guess this isn't really a question is it?

One of the current telephone scams involves people calling you up and saying they are from the local courts of law. They will say that there is a bench warrant out for you, or that you have failed to appear, but that you can pay the fine over the phone. Then they ask for your social security number, a credit card number and the other information onthe card used for things like internet or telemarketing sales. Has this one started in your area yet? Pass the information along to family and friends so they don't get scammed.

I believe I got them for speeding, moving violation and no insurance at one time all in diffrent cities in Texas. I haven't driven since my DL was suspended yrs ago. I am wanting to go get my DL back. Do I have to still pay the fines or will they have expired? I live in Virginia now and want to get a new DL again. I know I will have to take a test over but what do I need to do to take care of all this so I can get to drive again.

What makes people think that when they see a Police Officer on a traffic stop, that now would be the best time to ask that officer a question??? I have been approached numerous times with questions for directions or legal advice while I am doing a traffic stop. I was just wondering if people stop to consider the danger they put themselves in, not to mention the danger to the Officer???

This govt's intentions are clear, are'nt they?

The state government planning to go ahead with filing a complaint on its own meant that the RBI was itself not gung-ho on the matter. Ramoji Rao is the 'karta" of Margadarsi.

The whole case would hinge on the interpretation of Section 45-S and its applicability. There is nothing in the Act
that bars an HUF from raising funds.

Politicising Margadarsi financiers and creating a hype that Ramoji is going to down his shutters so that his properties should be auctioned is our dear govt's meticulous plan. if this kind of action plan is put in for all the tainted political leaders then defenitely this country will prosper.

Everyone knows well why this congress govt is so keen to target Raomoji Rao in everyway they can. it is a known fact that this govt pardoned a "MURDERER" and then supreme court objected that. In how many issues did the courts verdicts came against the government? Learn lessons babus....... don't set bad examples

I am a 17 year old male in MA and i have been recently charged with posession of alcohol and 3 accounts of furnishing liquor to person under 21. I did not necessarily furnish alcohol to three random minors..they are friends of mine and i was drinking with them. I am scheduled to appear in court in february and need some input on a case like the this..i have a clean record and i was cooperative during the "interrogation" Would i be better off getting a lawyer or representing myself? Is it possible to get a continued without a finding? And what is my likely sentence.. i do not want to pay over a grand for a lawyer if i still haveto pay a grand+ in fines and court fees..ALL INPUT APPRECIATED AND MUCH NEEDED! thanks

A home is on a one acre-lot and is on a golf course that also includes a creek and a trail along the creek. The creek runs across the north side of the property and the deed includes allowing 5 feet section of the lot where citizens are allowed to walk on the trail

What is the term for the right of citizens to walk across privately owned land on a trail? Is this right classified as appurtenant or in gross?
