My fiance was interviewed and told her papers were in order but told that final approval was denied pending further investigation. The investigation is secret and what they are investigating and why will not be revealed. There is no time table, questions are denied or simply refused, and no information concerning the investigation is revealed. I have contacted others and have been told this is a standard practice but no one seems to know why, when it will end, what they are looking for, if anything, or if anything is being done.

that they need us "Illegals" just as much as we need them, actually they need us a bit more, lets be honest americans, wich is a SPANISH word by the way or anyone for that matter will NOT work for cheap money, for hard labor, whether you like it or not we are here, and to stay, it does not matter, if your goverment builds a 1,000 feet high wall we are survivors, the real ones. and guess who they are gonna pay to build it? LATINOS. i bet there is no day that passes by that americans dont use our "services" from the morning at starbucks, to get your coffee, from late night when you get the munchies, and go to jack in the box. and everything in beetwen. doesnt matter if you get mad, the facts are the facts. you get what you payed for, you wanna pay less for your home to be clean, babysitter, produce, clothes ect stop being so hard headed, live and let live. stop having so much hate towards people you dont even know their situation,

I am a US citizen. From summer of '06, I have a drug offence for which I served the sentence (only a month...not too bad) and was deported from Canada. Last month, I was caught trying to enter BC with more drugs. Instead of going directly to jail (as I thought I should have), I was given a promise to appear and deported again the same day. My court date is in February of '07. I know that if I don't show up to my hearing, I won't be arrested in USA. However, I do want the ability to eventually enter Canada without being arrested again just for doing so. Would I be better off showing up to court and serving my sentence again, or not showing up and just waiting for the statute of limitations to take effect (if there is one)?

Hypothetically, if when a death row inmate dies an organ of theirs is donated to someone needing an organ, and if that recipient pays money to the surviving family of the donor, is that considered the donor benefitting from their crime?

Question :Can someone give me the cliff notes version of this cal. court case?
I really don't want to read 40 freakin pages of case files. I just want to know the key points of this case: Can someone who knows something about this case give me a case brief of sorts? It's about the 3rd party comments posted on a website. I believe this is saying that the website is NOT responsible. But would like to know as much as poss.

What type of punishment should be given to them ? There was a man who killed more than a hundred tigers in India and now he is probably behind bars. But I think such criminals should be thrown into cages of lions and tigers..and let these wild animals do the rest. People might say that in a democracy such punishment should not be given but I think such a punishment is quite apt. From where do human beings get the absolute 'right' to kill wild life at will and to serve their own purposes ??
I am a lover of wild life and animals.
