I m green card holder in america and i applied for my wife ,,can u tell me how long it take to get her Visa...and can i try for her visitor Visa ,, Thanks

I-130's filed for spouses of greencard holders are currently taking about 5 years to process.

She can try to get a visitor visa, but since there is an I-130 filed on her behalf which demonstrates immigrant intent, she will mostly be denied the the visitor visa. No harm in trying though.

there are new law that bush has sign and basely set the time back for everything ok to find what you need its better to asked immigration your self they will send you the forms you will need 18003755283 i hope this will help you good luck because i wait for a fiance visa for 8 month i have another 29 days more and this should have been only 120 days only i know its hard hang in the take care

im also not positive but you should go to yahoo and google and search US green card or US visitor visa and i would also like to say thank you for coming to America and thanks alot for doing it the legal way hope you like it here :)
