Time to get enough signatures in all 50 states to put it on the ballot. Then get it voted. Any elected official who tries to stop it should be a boot of of office on the next election no matter what party.

Hell Yes. Time they figured out who pays thier salary. Maybe they might work a little harder.

Two birds down... one stone used:

Congress currently handles all of the finances of the Feds. Change the system a bit so that either the Judiciary or Executive branch must approve spending bills that have a conflict of interest (i.e. a pay raise for Congress).

Next, set Congress' pay rate to n*Federal minimum wage, where n is not to exceed 5 (or some other, [low] arbitrary amount).

This will cause Congress' pay rate to become more reasonable and will raise the Federal minimum wage.

Yes they should all have their pay cut, and a law should be enacted that does not allow them to vote themselves a raise without the majority consent of the american people.

We wish that we could. Congress also voted to give themselves full pay when they leave.

Pay CUT? Heck,no. Give them a bonus for doing nothing, and make it policy. It'd be great if we could give incentives for inactivity, so they'd screw up less of our lives.

Yes, but too bad we can't. I would vote them down in pay until they started doing their jobs, instead of bickering and blaming.
