Scumbag is too nice a term to label Bush. Some words with a much more harsh connotation must be used when describing a man of Bush’s mendacity and lack of ethics. Maybe a more apropos phrase would be something like “Bush is insidious”, “Bush is an inept demagogue”, or “Bush is an inane hoodlum”.

he's not a scumbag, i dont think he purposely made the mistakes he did, you can't only blame him too, alotta people look past his advisors and his political party of course, its just easy to blame him alone

Other than Ronald Reagan, I think President Bush is the best president we had. They all make mistakes, but Bush has values and I believe he is protecting us all.
