A leader is a charismatic person with a pragmatic approach. The leader must have a vision for his/her country. The leader must be positive and optimistic. In today's world, a leader must know how to handle pressure and face the media. (Aspiring leaders can learn a few lessons from the Pak President Musharaf) The leader must know the pulse of the people.

India lacks such leaders today. Pramod Mahajan, Rajesh Pilot, Madharao Scindia were a few potential leaders of India. But they have flown to history. Let us hope one will come soon. Because we need one.
