Well, J & K is an integrap part of India and it is a province like all othe others for all practical purposes.
Article 370 is meaningless in such a scenario. And, there is no Article 370 applicable to other provinces, so it is totally outdated and should be done away with!

Unless this goes we can not ensure national integration in true sense. This very article raises separatist tendencies in other parts of the country...Punjab, North East etc. It was the Nehru's anxiety to be known as a secularist and please a religious community thrusted this article on us, with out need.

However, it may not be easy now to remove this article, unless we are able to carry confidence among Kashmiri population, for which more and more inclusive attempts should be made.
