After Farmers Branch, TX decides to put this illigal resident issue to vote/election and it wont pass. Does that mean that if LULAC looses, they will back off and will stop all other activities?

Farmers Branch has done what every city in the nation should do. All they have done is make it legal for a city to enforce a federal law. We should applaud them and support them.

One more thing, Where has common sense in our judicial system gone, and since when does a minority vote run the country. Our courts are full of people that have forgotten why our founding fathers came here. We are well on our way to a totalitarian system if we continue to let the media control our judicial system.

wow you can see into the future? how do you know what will happen there. for starters many who said that the ordinance would be enforced once it was passed were wrong. many who said that they wouldn't gather the 700 signatures from voting residents from that area so that it could be put to vote/election were wrong. so once again i ask who do you know they would loose? in all fairness let's say that you were right and they would loose I doubt that they would back off because Farmer's branch still has to go to court because they were sued by a resident from there for "supposedly" violating a tx law that prohibits making any type of decisions without letting its residents know and behind closed doors. so its still going to be a long road ahead.

i think of that this became right into a super pass and one which will with any luck lead different cities & cities to stay with experience. I do think of that they are at a skinny line making judgements that some human beings say could be left to the federal government, yet while the government isn't working possibly it's time to attempt some thing else. For those of you who think of that that's hateful or unconstitutional, the recent rules at the instant are not against immigrants, basically unlawful immigrants, there's a distinction. additionally the place interior the form does it say that criminal human beings could lay down and enable unlawful electorate walk throughout them. And as far because of the fact the expert language element, as an immigrant you're agreeing to assimilate into our subculture and our subculture is English conversing. that's our language and way of verbal replace. Refusing to benefit the English language ends up in a injury down in verbal replace. we are in a position to't be united as a rustic if we at the instant are not united in language.

In trying to deal with the illegal problem, they themselves are in illegal territory! it is a Federal problem , let I.N.S deal with it,otherwise they are setting themselves up for a lawsuit. local government should not act as vigilantes pretending they have the power to enforce compliance to Federal law!!!
