not much. no offense to the UN, but the UN doesn't do much in the first place. The UN right now is simply an organization that criticizes people but doesn't do anything. It makes demands but even whena it sends a military force it doesn' back them up. The UN will continue to pretned to have a front seat in the polotics of the international world, while it really isn't even watching the game.

To be perfectly honest I think that will all depend on who goes in his place, and weather the UN supports them or not. This is of course an organization that works in bands of politicians from around the world. Which means that the new member would have to make or try to recapture allies to the causes they chose to represent and sway the beliefs of those who are already loyal to Kofi to agree with any differing views between themselves and Kofi.

I think the new Sec Gen will be a big improvement, but the UN will still stand for Useless Nitwits.
