How many hours a week do you have to study in an above average law school?

I was with friends last night for dinner and one girl was telling us how her x-brother in law had to be arrested for stalking her sister and we remembered that he only has one arm, so I asked her, how did they hand cuff him? Funny but an actual dilemna. How do they do it? Just curious?

I am 17 and want to joing the US Navy. I don't know whether I should enlist before or after college, but I'm leaning towards enlisting now. So do ya'll have any suggestions as to what ratings to look out for? Is it better to enlist straight after high school or do ROTC in college?

Right now the Democrats are riding high thanks to George W Bush "staying the course" in Iraq, but if things should change then maybe Bush will go from bad guy to hero again.

So, what would you rather see ?

A. Bush continuing to lose votes through his "staying the course" policies in Iraq, thereby improving the chances that the next President is a Democrat, even if those current Bush policies mean more problems for the USA at home and abroad, and more soldiers dying in Iraq.

B. A change of policies by Bush in Iraq to ease the tension, but with the possibilty that such a change will help improve the Republicans chances at the next election instead.

There is a possibility of a Black running for president in the 2008 elections. My question is: do you think, if a Black were to run, would the black community turn out 100% to vote for him just because he was black and for no other reason. I could also ask the same question if the candidate were a woman.

In recent years, the penalty for selling illegal drugs has been increased sharply. How does that affect the incentive to sell drugs? For the people who decide to sell drugs anyway, what do the higher penalties for dealing do to their incentive to commit other crimes (such as murder ) while they are engaged in selling drugs?

I had a person drive into me while I was stopped trying to make a left hand turn into my daughter's school. This person was speeding in a school zone and was not paying attention. This person could have blew the horn to try and warn me, or she could have driven off the road to keep from hitting my car and injuring us. She did not get a ticket for anything, I want to know why she wasn't ticketed. I also want to know what my rights are against the officer that handled the wreck. What is the law regarding these deputies and ticket writing? She totaled out two cars in a school zone because of her negligence!

There has been a 20% increase in foreign travel worldwide, but a 17% drop in foreigners tourists coming to the US.

International travelers contributes more to the US economy than domestic tourists but foreigners don't come here as much anymore.

One reason is a world wide decline in the image of the US, not because of Americans, but because of the Bush Administration and their foreign policies.

Bush's policy in the Middle East is receiving incredible opposition but foreigners.

Once foreign tourists arrive here their perception is better.

The goal of the travel industry is to try to attract 10 million tourists into the US in the next year.

What is the best way to improve the US tourism image?
