Did you notice the electronic voting machines are unfair the to same people that insisted on requiring them to replace punch card ballots? Now they what paper ballots. If we gave each voter a list of candidates and a yellow highlighter, some people would highlight every name except the one they wanted and then blame the ballot.

It doesn't matter what form of voting there is, (punch card, electronic, butterfly) the democrats whine about all of them. Notice that the Republicans did not piss and moan and scream they were railroaded out of office. Every time the Dem's lose is a huge conspiracy and the republicans rigged the election. At least the republicans went out with a modicum of pride. They lost and did not whine they had been ripped off.

Honestly we should be happy they piss and moan about the butterfly ballot. And we should be suspect of any party that wouldn't want to ensure an accurate vote count. We live in a democracy folks, counting all the votes properly is an integral part of that.

It baffles many to this day!

But you have to give them credit, I'm sure word has made it through their ranks about the confusion present in such a ballot. Maybe this will backfire though and they will 'overthink' the problem and vote for Buchanan again.

Since the republicans voted bush back into office, they obviously can not learn from their mistakes. If either party lacks intelligence it would appear to be the republicans.

I see this as more of a red state problem. Here in the northeast people are generally very educated and voting goes off without a hitch... and yes, we are TRUE BLUE!
