I wonder if we should risk our soldiers lives any more than we do.
I see Shiite killing Sunni killing Kurd when their own government forces refuse to step in to stop it. We see daily reports in the news of some of the Government forces actively participating in this ethnic/ religious cleansing.
Bonus points is you can come up with a way to get their own government forces more involved.

In my unit, they have a policy that the TC of a vehicle is supposed to be an NCO or higher. On the other hand, the TC doesn't need a driver's license. How the heck do you control a vehicle if you aren't trained to use it? If you haven't had driver's training, how are you going to know how to ground guide? Is it normal in the Army for a TC to not need a military driver's license for the vehicle, or is my unit just weird?

People need a reason to feel good about themselves. Those of you who single out immigrants as your biggest problems are ignorant. If we are to compete with countries like China we are going to need more immigrants than we have now. The people that complain about immigrants would not complain if the immigrants came from the country they are from. It is because the immigrants look different that gets people all excited. A friend of mine is having some difficulties and wants to post some fliers on Car Windshields in order to help her situation out. She currently lives in Virginia and has about 3 malls around her home. Does anyone know if it would be illegal to post the fliers on the cars? Please help. Thank you.

Recently, our local school system put a bill on the ballot to increase taxes for the sake of rehiring four teachers that were laid off. Although I voted against the raise, because they didn't itemize, the bill was voted in. Now we have discovered that the money is being used to rehire four SPANISH teachers, and hire another four Spanish speaking teachers as well. Their goal is to have all the children in the school system speaking Spanish, as well as English, by the year 2008.

i know this friend who got suspended for selling drugs at school. I am his closest friend and i know for a fact that he isnt a continous dealer. He was helping out some friends. This kid had some Oxy... when he broke his leg. I know this is a bad thing to do but the other kids approached him, he wasnt "advertising" them around school. He is a good student with a "b" average and is involed in some sports. The school suspended him for 45-90 days! and the kids that bought them only got 5 days. Is this too harsh or am i just wacked.
