Why with all the evidence do people still even consider 'New Labour' as worth voting for.

We need to generate wealth to exist

(Or was it just a enormously coincidental photo -op?)

(P.S. by "presidential" I'm just using the word loosely)

I think that the cops use more then the police guide lines meaning uses excessive force no normal cop would never fire a shot 50 times that s too much one cop fire 31 shots one fire 11 they shot sean bell 23 he suppose to get married to his wife. What i think is that it shouldn t had happen the police guide lines is they can t shoot at a car when the car is being use as a weapon and they shouldn t chase after the guy they should call the plain clothes cop that way they know they are cops a lot of people say that the undercover cop didn t identify himself and he say he did. This happen in Jamaica on 94 Av and Liverpool st. The undercover cop could loose their job for it. A lot of people won t rest until justice is done. This surprises a lot of people if the family sue the city i think they wouldget what they ask for. This is crazy most police have common sense.

I am going out with a prominent man in our relatively small community. According to a friend of mine, he was charged with spousal abuse some years ago after he broke his wife's hand in a fight. I have searched all public records and even paid on sites like FBI for any public info on court records, criminal records etc about this charge and come up with nothing about this incident. In fact he has a clean record. If there was in fact an incident and he was charged, is this record permanent or can it be erased somehow by "some powers that be" if he had the right connections? surely a criminal charge can not be erased?

Professional oddsmakers in various corners of the world function as an essential component of the gambling industry by computing the odds of things happening. Immediately after 9/11, what did the oddsmakers say were the odds of the US being attacked by terrorists in the ensuing five years?

I am planning on creating an adult website. With everyone sueing everyone these days for the silliest of reasons I want protect myself. If you morally against adult websites please don't bother to reply to my question.

I FULLY understand that my website content has to be legal. I do not want to make this a "content" question.

I also know that I can register my website url so that my contact information is not displayed. I can also make sure I don't have a "contact us" page on the website.

How can I make myself "invisible" to lawyers if somebody wants to sue me. Ideally I'd like the lawyer to say to their client
"we cannot find this guy. We do not know which address to serve him".

Also, one level deeper in that what if the authorities force the hosting company or registering companies to divulge my information. How can I prevent getting found out that way ? What about my ip address ?

HACKERS, YOUR FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED.

As the middle class dissolves in America our leadership is trying to direct the problem at immigrants. The problem is not the workers in the fields. The problem is the politicians not working in Washington. If our leadership was doing their job the American people would not be fighting over non-skilled jobs with immigrants. The Republicans for the last 12 years have ignored education. Instead they put the tax payers money into Iraq's well being. They did not spend it on New Orleans they gave it to Haliburton.
The problem is not the immigrants. The problem is the people that are citizens of America have the same skills as a immigrant from a third world country without the desire to succeed.

Complicated situation, I'll try to make it clear!

A letter was post-dated for Nov 30 here in San Francisco.

The person mailing the letter went to San Luis Obispo for the Thanksgiving holiday, say Nov 21.

The letter was dropped into the mail November 26 in San Luis. (The 26th was Sunday, so we expected it to be processed on the 27th).

The recipient of the letter received it Dec 2 with a Nov 30th postmark, postmarked not from San Luis Obispo where it was supposedly mailed from, but postmarked with a San Francisco
instead.

My question: Is it possible that the letter got kicked back to SF by the post office in SLB? What is the policy with post-dated letters that are sent from out of town?

Question for anyone in SLB post office or familiar with it: Is mail from SLB ever post-marked with a SF postmark?

thanks!
