Divided. The Shiites and Sunnis will never get along. If the country is kept together, the civil war will continue until one side wipes out the other. The Kurds have nothing in common with either group and deserve their own country.

No question about it - UNIFIED.
These different psycho factions must learn to live together in peace or the conflicts will continue for another century - only with much more sophisticated weapons.
New borders will not solve anything.
