Forgetting that articles Latia's as they call themselves have been arguing their way of live is endangered by US laws and regulations. Many SA countries argue that not only should their males have mistresses they have to have them. The women brag about how many women and children their husband have. Recently two men in Florida successfully argued their ways free from rape charges by pleading that was the macho lat ion way! Yea via la Mexico.

As I read the article, I didn't notice any mention of where the aliens mentioned were from. How do you know they are from South America?
(By the way, I found that assumption interesting, because in the part of the country that I live in, Mexican immigrants seem to be the hot topic nowadays, but Mexicans aren't from South America. I wonder if you didn't know that, or if you are simply talking about another group?)
Also, as I read the article, it says that about half of the people it is talking about are permanent legal residents. So it's not all illegals.
Also, this article is reporting on a program that specifically targets aliens. So it doesn't contain any information about the numbers of American citizens who are committing similar crimes. There's no reason to assume based on this limited information that aliens are any more or less criminal than U.S. citizens.
(By the way, I do agree that sex crimes are bad and that we should protect our society against people who would commit them.)

I used to work around legals and illegals, and I can tell you from the source, that in south america and mexico, a man can commit a crime and bribe his way out of it. Then they come to the US to hide. They don't come here to hide from the law. They are hiding from the family of there victims. It's pretty messed up.
