in my oppinion it is dr .y.s chiefminister of andhrapradesh who brought 1 lakh crores of rupees to consruct irrigation projects.

Both YS Rajasekhara Reddy and N Chandrababu Naidu are two faces of same coin. But their approach are different. While the first is a `factionist' mind,the second is a `cunning' nature.For them ends are supreme, not means. Both of them do not have any ideological convictions or commitment to the cause of the society, but meeting personnel endings.
