my fiancee is a habitual offender with a suspened license which means he cant get registration or a tag and that is the main reason why he gets pulled over and thrown in jail cuz they see his expired tag...I am thinking about putting it in my name, then we will switch it over when he is able to get his license back which is in a year. I am sick of him going to jail and i cant keep affording to bail him out with 2 kids plus its a pain to do.(we can be saving that money and paying all his court costs off)plus if he ever gets pulled over again, the car will be mine, not just put in a tow yard. the thing is if he gets pulled over for something else like running a light and they find out he is driving in with a suspended license...will i get in trouble cuz the car is under my name and he is driving it? he has to drive , he owns his own business and he needs to support the kids and me.

Nancy said in public her goal was to remove corruption from the House and make it the most honest House EVER. I guess I'm curious will she start with John Murtha who was never charged in the Abscam feasco although that video tape looked pretty damning(he made a deal to cooperate in the investigation), Alcee Hastings who was removed from a judgeship for improper conduct, or William Jefferson I think his name is who had a hundred thousand dollars in cold cash (it was hidden in his freezer). A couple of these folks (and I'm sure there are others) are slated for prominent posts in the new Congress.

IF Nancy does start cleaning the House will she start with her party first? My Dad always told me get the weeds out of your garden before you go pointing out the weeds in your neighbors garden.

People who rent to illegals will be fined and possibly have there property seized , people who hire illegals will be fined harshly with the possibility of having there business license pulled , the official language of the city is English and the police force is being trained to search for and arrest illegals , i hope i didnt leave anything out

I wonder who should take the full reponsibility? The church, the law or the non-government organizations?

I'm only asking you to pick a side and defend yourself.

I personally think the church or some religous organization should take it. It's to show that they do care for these people and will provide a home for them. So far, I haven't heard of any religous organization here who does just that. That is also quite odd... but...

The main issue is helping the child to recover and redeem him/herself... But which of the three should give the best kind of help?

There is a big debate in El Paso concerning red light cameras, the pros and cons, and mainly here the fact that the Mexican plated vehicles are not subject to any fines or penalties, just the American plated vehicles. Any cities out there with any input????? Police input????

I have major health problems and have no money to pay off the debt that I have gained by paying hospital fees. It seems that prisoners get health care under human rights laws so if I commit a crime and go to prison will I get into hospital? It seems that I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.
