I know many US citizens who do not deserve to live here. I think we should be able to trade them for good immigrants who deserve to live here. I would like to trade my mean friends for a nice immigrant. Can we do this?

This is for people in other countries...... Do you agree with us going there and now that we are there how do you think we should handle it . Please state what country you are from. I think your opinions will be great to hear as how the world veiws us and our actions. And please don`t hate us all because of our president. For one he didn`t get the most votes of the american people and as you can tell in our elections for house and senate last week the democrates were voted in because of bushes bad decisions.

I strongly suspect that a statement about me was made to the Police some time ago by someone I know. and who I worked with at the time. The statement was to do with an assault offence (GBH), and to cut a long story short, no charges were made at the time due to lack of evidence. In a nutshell, I have only recently come to realise that the person had probably made the statement behind my back to 'help somebody out' because of their behaviour and attitude when I questioned them about it recently.

My question is to ask anybody who may know how long Police statements are kept on 'record' or 'file' for, and what course of action could I take regarding this matter. Are all Police statements kept on file for an equal amount of time, or are some kept on file for longer than others? Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

Thanks,

"You do not directly apply for an immigrant visa number. In most cases, your relative or employer sends a visa petition to the USCIS for you (the beneficiary) to become an immigrant."

"USCIS will tell the person who filed the visa petition (the petitioner) if the visa petition is approved. USCIS will then send the approved visa petition to the Department of State's National Visa Center, where it will remain until an immigrant visa number is available. The Center will notify you (the beneficiary of the application) when the visa petition is received and again when an immigrant visa number is available."

Read what Sharon(former primeminister of israel told Peres on a debate on Israeli radio.
"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it.".

The U.S.A. has approximately 300 million citizens, of which about one-third may vote. Therefore, why are so few candidates available for presidential candidacy out of a "pool" of about 100 million voters? Dismissing those not of age to become president, I'm guessing about 66 million Americans are legally eligible to become president. The presidential choices are usually nearly 8 candidates but that is such a low, nearly non-existent number with respect to the amount of eligible Americans for this office. Regardless of party backing, can other eligible Americans run for president? Another guess of mine is, only millionaires can run for president, yes?

General of the Armies is the highest military rank in the U.S.A. But why "Armies" versus General of the "Army"? I don't understand the difference.

I'm doing some research and I'd love to have some input on what everyone thinks of the high rates of Immigration in London, especially with all the proposed expansion of the EU. So what do you think?

I need an advice of a lawer for my boyfriend. A couple of days ago he hit one guy in a night club. I'm sure that that guy must have done or said something bad to him, because my boyfriend is very calm by nature. So that guy reported an asault at the police station and my boyfriend was taken there the next day. They took his fingerprints,DNA,questioned him as if he is such a bad criminal. He came back home and was very very upset. He was told to come back to the police station in about a month time and meanwhile the police will try to investigate this case and if they have enough proofs then this case will be taken to court. I can't believe this can happen, so often you can see guys figfting in night clubs because they drink too much alkohol. But my boyfriend was djing at that club that night so he wasn't drunk AT ALL!!! In fact he hardly drinks any alkohol. So if the case will be taken to court, what are his chances? And what punishment can he get? I'm really worried and so he is.

They are talking about Mark Foley. While i really wasnt paying attention to the words they were rambling about, i did notice something else. Look at the lower portion of the screen when they show Mark Foley. The area right above the scrolling words. You will be surprised just at how "unfair and unbalanced" it is.
